As we begin this journey, we are seeking an Executive Director who is a licensed mental health professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a faith-based practice from the ground up. The right individual will have the chance to lead a passionate team of therapists and collaborate closely with our Board of Directors to establish and grow the center’s structure, programs, and culture. In this role, you’ll help create an environment where both clients and staff can experience transformation, not only in their mental health but also in their faith journey. You will play a pivotal role in raising up and training the next generation of counselors, all while being part of a community that is dedicated to serving with compassion and excellence.
